Swiss Made chronometers with exceptional accuracy

Jean Marcel continues to evolve into a brand of superlatives: the C.O.S.C. tested, brand-new ACCURACY with its current size of 41 mm diameter and with its flatness of only 8.5 mm of height, is strictly limited to 300 pieces per model variant worldwide. The lettering in Apricot "Officially Certified Chronometer" proudly refers to the high-precision Swiss watch technology: Only movements with a maximum rate deviation less than a second per month will be assembled into the ACCURACY stainless steel case. This accuracy is almost unique to quartz watches and reminiscent of professional timekeeping. Six precious dial designs enchant the viewer of the ACCURACY and, in connection with their functional Dauphine hands, show an excellent readability. Instead of a flat glass, a curved aluminium silicate glass is used. This special glass, produced in Germany, offers an excellent optical quality and is also used for optical lenses. The chemically tempered glass has an extremely high compressive stress on the surface of up to 900 megapascal, that is 9 times higher than for a normal mineral glass. As with numerous other Jean Marcel models, the Mystery-effect shows as if by magic and reveals the JM brand logo. In a secretive way, this points out the authenticity of this watch that is limited to 300 pieces. While many quartz watches are just uncharitable mass-produced goods, the Jean Marcel ACCURACY is Swiss watchmaking at its best, complementing the portfolio with prevailing high quality mechanical self-winding watches excellently.
